4. Placing an Order

To place an order, add items to your basket and proceed to checkout. By completing checkout, you confirm:

The information you provide is accurate
We will send you an order confirmation by email. This confirms we have received your order, but it is not acceptance.

5. How We Accept Your Order

Your order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation email. At that point a contract is formed between you and us. We may decline an order if:

The product is out of stock
We identify an error in pricing or product information
We cannot obtain payment
We reasonably believe the order is fraudulent
If we decline an order, we will refund any payment made.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices shown on the website include VAT. Payment must be made in full at checkout using the payment methods available. Your order will not be dispatched until payment is received. If we discover a pricing error before dispatch, we will contact you. You can choose to continue with the corrected price or cancel the order for a full refund.

7. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only (unless otherwise stated). At checkout, you will see:

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control.

If a delivery is late, we will do what we reasonably can to resolve the issue, but we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control.

8. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items. To cancel:

You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned items
This policy sits alongside, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

9. Returns and Refunds

Full details are set out in our Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We will refund to your original payment method. Original delivery charges are refunded only where the entire order is returned.

10. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@mirecocleaning.com within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, or a full refund, including any return postage

Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

11. Our Responsibility to You

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is:

A foreseeable result of us breaching these Terms, or caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill
We are not responsible for:

Losses not caused by our actions
Business losses (we supply products for domestic use only)
Delays or issues caused by events beyond our reasonable control

You must not:

Misuse the site
Attempt to introduce viruses or malicious code
Interfere with the website’s operation
We may suspend or withdraw access to the site if necessary for maintenance, security or operational reasons.
