Your right to cancel

If you buy from us online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods. After you tell us you want to cancel, you have another 14 days to return the items. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, including the cost of standard delivery.

The legal 14-day cancellation right applies to all online orders, but for health and hygiene reasons we can only accept returns of sealed household cleaning products if they are unopened and unused.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, you are entitled to a refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If you reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund. We are unable to offer exchanges.

Condition of returned items

Any unwanted items (unless they are faulty) must be returned in a resaleable condition in original packaging and labelling.

Return postage

• If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we cover return postage.
• If you cancel your order for any other reason, you are responsible for return postage.
We will refund standard delivery costs but not upgraded delivery options.

We are responsible for the condition of goods until they are delivered to you.
